So i guess dji dont like the truth my post has been removed they clearly no it was a gps failure and they will not replace all the evidence is clear to see but they dont want anyone to no about the very poor customer service. I have also emailed watch dog so they can get ivolved too so more people will know excatly who dji treat the customers

I've received excellent service via the DJI support website, with accurate answers given promptly to my requests for support.  I'm more than happy to let people on this forum know that DJI treat their customers very well indeed in my experience.

The simple answer is to escalate the issue within the DJI support department . And if you do not get the outcome you desire take them to small claims court.

Posting on this forum is not relevant to getting your issue resolved and posting the same thing in multiple threads is self-serving. In basketball this would be called flopping.

Well unfortunatly i am dyslexic i did nog realise it was a spelling competion !!

Is very simple: open the DJI Go application, there you will have all the details of your flights.
