I am getting a “battery cell broken “ msg upon starting my Mavic pro after a full charge.
Dji support directed me to fully discharge (under 8%) twice, which I did.
This did not solve the problem: the drone will not take off unless the battery has returned to somewhere below 80% charge.
The battery has only 49 cycles (see attached). This problem begun at the time I begun using my dji car charger.
Any idea on what I should do?

Sorry for the unfortunate experience with our product, if the issue persists and the battery is still warranty period, it is recommended to send in the battery for further evaluation.
