Hi, I've sent a Z15 GCU that got bricked after a failed update -DJI, isn't time that you went over your upgrade system ? Pro equipment such as the Z15 gimbal system shouldn't have to fail upon a botched update. A failed update should just be a recoverable occurence, not something that puts your copter down for a while, forcing to buy a new GCU in muy case, waiting patiently for the other one to show up.
Also it should be possible to check on the RMA.
Is it possible to make such check ?
