My gimball shakes and generates noisy sound when I'm moving camera to down. After that I'm losing control on camera, You can see on the video below what happened later.
IMU, compass, VPS calibrated successfully. Drone has never crashed, never hard landing. I'm not sure if this problems appears on another firmware - could someone confirm the same issue?
P4 firmware: v02.00.0600, (0700 vibrate motors on the ground)
RC 1.9.3
Additionally after startup it generates the same sound, but DJI Susan said it doesn't affect on gimball (here), but I'm afraid it will affect after warranty
Sorry for the trouble. It seems that you have exhausted all the possible troubleshooting steps. We recommended contacting our support team to start a ticket and send in the drone to DJI official repair center for evaluation and repair service. As long as the drone is still in warranty period, we will provide warranty service if it was caused by product malfunction.

Dear Natalia,
Thank You for Your quick response. How can I get RMA/CAS number to refer to this thread? Then I hope repair center will see what happened by watching videos and do not ignore my problem.

Dear Natalia,
I've received my aircraft after month, they said: tested gimball multiple times, not found defect. I would like to know how can someone do not notice vibrating this gimball and hear that noise when camera is looking down as attached in video in post #1.
DJI Natalia could You help me?

Hello there. I believed there's really no problem with the noise and vibrating of the gimbal to your drone since it was already tested by our repair team. Also, upon checking I see that it's normal to see the vibrating movement and hear that sound when you hover you gimbal down to the center.

Soooooo, in Your opinion this is normal? I can not believe it.
What do You think about this?
Do You really think that vibrating is still no problem?

Oh, we're really sorry about this. I just want to clarify, may I know if you are flying in strong winds? Also, have you tried to calibrate your gimbal?

It wasn't windy during record this movie, also It was no wind at home when I record short video from first post . Of course all sensors calibrated properly (IMU, compass, VPS).

I see. Again, we're really sorry for the inconvenience. I will forward this concern to our Research & Development team further clarification. Also, may I have your most recent case number so I can check this on my end. Thank you so much.
