Hello. I’ve been downloading “Original” photos and videos from my Mavic Air to my iPhone’s DJI GO 4 app but I noticed some say “Original” while others don’t. Am I doing something wrong? I can’t seem to download them again once I’ve downloaded them. How do I get all “Original” photos and videos? Are they all HD when they’re “Original” or do I have to toggle the HD icon? Help!

For me original means the photo or video file not edited after copy.

Originals have a a 3.7MB file size or you can choose low resolution otherwise you will fill up your phone capacity.

Hi Jon, the original videos and photos are saved in the drone, you can take out the SD card or connect the drone with PC to get the quality files,
