I wanted to share this video.
I was contacted by the Head of DJI customer support and asked to reach out to my Subscriber base for suggestions for improvment.
This video is the live phone call of us discussing the suggestions i was given through thousands of comments on the subject.
Since this call was made i have heard back from some of my followers who have already noticed some of these suggestions coming true for them.

No doubt you go duplicates and similar suggestions and complaints. Can you post a summarized list? Thanks in advance.
there are no duplicates in the video. i narrowed it down to the more common suggestions for support.
She was very open and wanting to hear these.
