So when I first got my spark I was able to download video and photos with ease, now when I try after a few months and the only thing that has changed is the firmware I am unable to download videos. I connect to controller and turn on ac as you should. When I go into playback and try to download the connection indicator on the remote flashes red now and again and then the download fails. I can keep trying to restart download but this does not work.

I have the idea that the size might be the problem

The video I’m trying first is only 57secs I would class that as long and I certainly shouldn’t have this problem, I downloaded videos that were 3 minuets or longer when I first got it

Is nobody else having this problem

I had the same problem with a 10 sec video. The only way to download was using an SD card read in my computer.
