Anyone having issues with the new 3.6 Assistant Software?

Version 3.4 and 3.2 worked fine.

I have tried re-installing 3.4 and the assistant is simply Dead!

It is also Dead in 3.6.

Nothing from my Phantom Vision Plus is registering on the assistant software!

Appreciate any help you can provide.

Probably not the answer your after but I have this occasionally and I have to use different  a Micro USB cable from time to time.  Good luck

Windows or Mac ?

I just downloaded the updated for my newly bought Vision 2+ and it will not connect as well. Have tried a different usb cable. Restarted the computer. No go. Using Win 7.

Is there a chance that your assistant driver software has crashed? try reloading the drivers program

Is there a chance that your assistant driver software has crashed? try re downloading and installing the drivers program

Always remember to uninstall previous versions of software, on PC, before updating

Got it fixed.  It was the driver.

I was also able to update the firmware in my batteries as well.  All is good!

I've experienced the same problem.  I have two USB cables that physically fit into the Phantom 2's USB connector.  But only one of them actually works.   The other makes no electrical connection to the Phantom.
