Sorry to know to read on this, what kind of DJI product do you have and If may I ask did you manage to uninstall and re-install the app? Please ensure that all of the important files are saved in any case that you'll be deleting the app and have you tried to change your mobile device? I would recommend using a compatible device for our Osmo. Please see the picture below for our compatible devices under Osmo. Thank you.
