I've not been receiving email confirmations lately nor the usual UPS free label to ship the item, what's going on?
I had to refile the case as I could not save the case number yesterday and was pretty sure I would receive an email reminder as usual.

Sorry for the hassle, I see two cases have been created today. If your address is qualified for a return label, you will receive it within two working days. If not, you will be informed by email.
The server is not very stable today, we do apologize for the inconvenience, we will inform the team to send you the confirmation email and the shipping label as soon as possible, thanks for your patience.

The shipping label should have been sent to you after a few hours when you started this thread, did you receive it?
