Re: #6, I’ve asked DJI a few times. Pity dji apps don’t make use of all dji features of dji products . No dial on m210 RC to control zoom. No GSPro zoom for dji z30 camera

Since November 2017 we have the M210 with Z30 and XT V2. Controlled with 2 Cenderence and 7.85 Ultra Cristallsky.
Version: V02.06.06.00

Since 11.2017 were only problems. We have had to reject requests and lost work. The M210 was at the dealer for testing. She came back 3 weeks ago and worked reasonably well.
But now, after a few updates the problems start again.

We have not been able to execute an order so far. The high cost of the M210 we have to pay with other work. That is very frustrating!

At the double gimbal the XT does not work anymore. It appears in the FPV window. Before that was impeccable.
No menu is displayed for the XT.

The XT camera when alone, is not displayed under "About".

The XT works on the double gimbal only with the Z30 together.

I can not do XT updates. The log file of XT says that the latest firmware is available.
The Inspire 1 as well as the Z30.

For the Z30, the camera can not be operated manually via the keys on the Cenderence

The camera Z30 hangs 6 degrees diagonally in the gimbal. She has to go back to the dealer for a warranty repair. She will be gone for a long time. How can you work with such a machine and earn the very high cost of the machine?

since the update of the matrix we can download the file for the xt then put it on the SD card insert the SD card into the camera XT and turn on the drone the update is done automatically after it should work

I did that.
Enclosed the two versions I have tested.
The M210 will turn on normally, the XT will calibrate but it will not load the new software.

The SD card inserted in the XT. XT mounted on Gimbal II with adapter.
SD Card 32 GB Sandisk Extreme Pro.

Result:

The firmware on the SD card is identical to or older than the current firmware on the remote controller.

SaSu, i see on the pictures that you have a sticker for DJI camera zoom and you also have z30. how do you control the zoom with the dials/knobs? can you upload a video on how you assign the zoom function to the dials/knobs?

The Bc and Bd buttons are programmed for zoom in and zoom out.
Programming via the "Menu" key> Select BD button: Z30 Start / Stop Zoom In and select BC Z30 Start / Stop Zoom button.
I zoome only about these buttons, not on rotary control.
