good afternoon! how to download the original video from mavic air in the DGI GO4 application? when trying to download the original video writes that it can be done only by usb, but it's impossible to connect the iphone to the droning by usb !!!

Hi there, the DJI GO 4 does not support to download 4K video or RAW pictures for now. It is recommended to take out the SD card or connect with PC to read the quality files.

May I know which mobile device do you use and what's the current APP version? I'd like to forward to our engineers for further optimization.

I am seeing the same issue and i am on Ipad Mini 4. this used to work for me last year. dont know what App version / FW broke this

You can use 'Sync for DJI' app to download such files like 4K video, h.265 video or RAW. It's very cool to download original files if I'n on vacation and w/o laptop.
