[size=14.6667px]Just got my mavic pro platinum and when I have prepared for flight it gives me an error message about visual sensors and says that I should more accurately calibrate them using dji assistant. Yet it shows normal under the actual labels under the abnormal warning at the top.  I have never been asked this with my other drones. any help or explanation will be helpful.

not yet. I just have never had that warning with the p4p or MA

Since it is brand new like you said it is best to Calibrate your IMU, Gimbal, Controller and go to open area and Calibrate Compass.  Before doing any of this ensure the firmware is the latest.  

Do like Sparks mention and if that doesn't solve the problem try calibrate the visual sensors.

I have received that message in the past.  Calibration with DJI Assistant fixed it.  Only takes 10 minutes ofvyourctime and you will be error free.
