My Mavic air's tripod mode is intermittently NOT turning off when I tap the stop button. I do not seem to have any problem with the cinematic mode. When the tripod mode refuses to shut off I have to bring the drone in and land it. After a restart, the tripod mode has reset to off.  Any ideas?

Are you putting it in another mode when shutting off tripod mode?  Try going into modes and go back to normal mode.  

Hi Steven, does the issue appear frequently? If this happens again, please try to switch to other modes and back to P mode quickly to see whether it helps.

I had this once with cinematic mode. Try switching to sports mode and back as an override.

Actually P Mode stands for In Program mode or well regular mode.

So the switch on your right side of your controller when it is up is sports mode when down is normal or P Mode.  Try switching to sports mode then back to normal mode and see if that works.
