If you are new and have not raed my last post about my drone crash, you can read it first before reading this. On my last post I have contected the Ryze support group for a motor replacement and this was what happen next. They opened a new case for me and I sent my drone to them in Hong Kong. The shipping cost about 25$. after a few days, they sent me a E-mail and confirm that they heve received the drone and sent me some photos of it. Afther they inspected my drone they sent me another E-mail and ask for 37$ for the motor replacement (2$ for motor and 35$ for repair and shipping fees). Then I paid them through PayPal. The next day they sent me an E-mail and confirm that they have received the money and will start the repairing proggress after 2 days. A couple days later they sent me a new E-mail and with a diffrent case number (I was like #*&%! going wrong with them??? cause that is a wrong case number) it said my replacement have been approved and will be ship out after 3 working days. Then I sent an E-mail to them again and ask them what is going on and ask them for an update for my case. On the same day they sent me a E-mail and said that they will sent me a new drone instead of repairing my drone. On the next day they sent me an E-mail and said the drone have shiped out by DHL and give me a tracking code ....... For the next update I will do a review on their service and unbox the package
