Hi i have a Phantom 3 professional and am using my Samsung Galaxy Note 3  .

When i take a photo the screen goes black for a couple of seconds before coming back on to show the camera view ...

I have had the Phantom from new and used the phone all the time while flying ...

This has not happened before ,  only recently. ..


I have bought a new DJI  cable to connect the phone to the controller so know its not that causing it ...

Does anyone have any ideas why it has started doing this  ?

The photos and videos all record ok on the sd card  .

Hi there, may I know what's the current aircraft, controller and APP version? Is there any chance change to another recommended mobile device to verify?

Hi i tried using a different phone and everything worked good .
I will update the app on my Note3 and try it again next time I fly ...
