I am facing an issue with my rc controller. Problem is when I connect  through directly to spark without rc I can get perfect video without any interruption. But when connect rc I am not getting any video and its disconnected all the time. As shown in the photo. How can solve this ?

The question is how are you connecting your Spark to the Remote? You'll want to power up the RC first to your smart device then power on the Spark. You'll also want to disable Bluetooth and place your smart device in Airplane Mode. If you're noticing the video problems persist, then do a hard reset of your Spark and RC by holding and pressing the Spark until you hear three beeps.
