Hi. i have bought a dji follow focus in B&H store, and i have an issue. sudenly the motor stop working. when i check if it is linked, everything is normal. se signal is high, and the batery from the Follow focus is full. and when i try to calibrate it, nothing happend. everything i do is useless. Please, i need to solve this problem, because my follow focus is new, and i spent so much to buy it. I need it working.
