Hi, I came back from my trip to Edinburgh using for the first time iPhone X and DJI Osmo mobile 2, watching the videos in the mac I realized that all or most of the videos have bad ugly, the video has some lag, it seems that it focuses all the time, what can it be, some incorrect setting? incompatibility with iPhone X, I had tried 2-3 videos with iPhone 7 plus and I did not seem to see these problems.

Have you tried to un-install and re-install the application? (ensure that all files are saved before deleting the app)

Please lock the AE/AF before shooting videos and then the performance will be improved.

It seems there's an issue with the OIS install on Iphone X and Iphone 8. It allows the iphone to have a stabilized video image when reccording with an iPhone. DJI should find a way to lock that OIS System.

You have to see if this possibility exists and if Apple unlocks it.

I'm using the DJI Osmo with an iPhone X too, but I don't have this kind of wobbling at all. Is your iPhone perfectly balanced in the Osmo (when the Osmo is turned off)?

is balanced as per instructions, cmq improves a bit if you stop the autofocus, but now I have to lock AF to each clip.

I have an iPhone X with the Osmo 2 and I do not have this kind of wobbling. Is your Osmo perfectly balanced when the phone is in the Osmo (Osmo is still turned off)?

yes, iphone looks down and is perfect horizontally
