We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please provide the product's serial number, DJI account and a legal proof of purchase. I will check the serial number as soon as possible.
It could be the DJI servers having an issue (again) but you might check that you're connected to your wifi by dragging down from top of the display and enter the wifi settings.
I don't think this is the cause but no need for sitting there waiting if it could be that simple.
