Hey, Ive been having troubles with getting my aircraft to take off and a red box that says "cant take off" keeps popping up at the top of the screen when using the DJI app.

Has anyone else had this problem,how do I fix it? Please let me know!

Yeah i get this also every time i try to start the motors with less than 10% charge.
It could be several things, has it clear view to the sky and getting enough time to find the GPS location, has you checked the Flysafe maps for nofly zones, anything unusual on the status page?

In addition to #2, may you please provide us the following information:

1. The drone that you are using.
2. The screenshot of the error message showing up on your DJI Go app.
3. Mobile device you are using.
4. The firmware version of your aircraft, remote controller and the DJI Go app.
5. When this issue occurs? Does it involve a crash or hard landing?

I went flying for the first time in a few weeks yesterday, and I got that message a few times too. I had full battery when i got these messages. I just waited and it would finally turn to P-GPS mode.

Hi there, please kindly click the red box to see whether there is the specific reminder. If not, I'd suggest changing to another open field with good GPS signal to check whether it works.
