Hi, I just used my spark yesturday and the gimbal is just working fine but now when I'm using it the gimbal just won't work (video is working)

A bit more specific could help all sides!

Actually my spark's gimbal won't respond in both device by Phone nor by Remote  doesn't pitch up and down. Tried doing the calibration but still no respond

I have a protective cover for mine and left it on when starting once.  This gave me errors and I thought the gimbal was damaged.  The next time I started up without the cover in place everything worked great.

Good day! We do apologize if you're having some issues with your gimbal. Did you see any error in the app? Can you describe how is the gimbal behaving?

I did not get any error message from the app. spark's gimbal is just like when its powered off it can easily move, but I notice when I move / pitch the spark I hear some noise near the gimbal..do you think it is now damage?

I see. Is it responding well to the remote controller?

No not even responding. totally dead gimbal
