I’m really hoping someone can help me with this. After months of work I was able to buy the Dji Mavic Air. I bought it this past December and I’ve only been able to use it a couple if times due to work. After not using the dorne for 3 months I tried to charge my battery last week, but it appeared to be dead. No light, no indication of charging, no nothing. I’m truly disappointed and frustrated with this. Its a new drone, I haven’t even taken off the indication stamps. I’ve already sent a complaint via the dji go 4 app, but I haven’t recieved any news on weather or not my complaint has been read or recieved. I’m really hoping someone can help me with this and I’m expecting dji can support me with this. Thank you. |
