Hi DJI support.
I have two problems with my new Osmo mobile 2. I have a Samsung S7, when Dji started I see on camera front roll axis(horizontally, vertically), but If I make a panorama photo nothing,only start position and when I recording.The same problem is with S8+, but with Xiaomi Redmi 5 its okay camera. When I started Activ track 5-15second ist okay and then lost the subject and than searching,searching....
How I can fixed this problems .Thank Yuo.

Hello. We apologize that you're having issues with your app right now. Can you provide some screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to use panorama in either of the 3 phones that you used?

First photo is horizontally and second is vertically. If I make a panorama photo didnt see nothing.When I move the left side see the roll axis more. WITH Xiaomi Redmi 5+ no problem.

I have the same problem of seeing actual gimbal on the shot (just like on the pictures posted here). Also using Galaxy S7.
