Hi, So I was recording some vids with my iPhone 6S set to 1080 60p however Once I downloaded the videos to my mac everything seems to be in 30p. What is the problem. Is there a correct way toe export? I was using airdrop and also draged it from iTunes. What am I doing wrong?

So I just did a test and it probably onl records in 1080p 30. You can check my setting in the pic. Is that an export problem or are all my vids recorder in 30 frames?

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for raising your concern to us. We need to try exporting the files manually. Please follow the instructions below.
1. Open the DJI go app and scroll over to DJI Osmo mobile 2 and ''Connect Your Device''. The actual mobile device is not needed to be on nor does it need to be connected to your phone.
2. Tap on camera
3. Select the play button
4. Select your clip
5. Hit save
6. Go to Albums and look for your saved files
7. Import Clip to your Computer

I tap play button tap selec pick my clip, hit save, then it goes into my photo app right? I sync over icloud, pick it up on my mac and it is still 30 hmm
