Hello to everyone. I have another problem. I tried to update the firmware Battery Charging HUB with DJI Assistant 2.
Recognized hardware but failed update. Now it is no longer possible to restore any firmware.
How should I do? HUB does not connect more.
Thank.

Hi Gabriele, sorry for the inconvenience. Actually, there is no new firmware for the Battery Charging HUB at present, so you don't need to update the firmware for it, please be noted. If there is any further issue, please feel free to let us know, we're glad to help.

OK Diana. Thank you for your answer. Now I ask if you saw my screenshot:
1) - Because the firmware version is 00.00.0000 ?
2) - I can charge the batteries without problems ?
3) - It is possible to damage now drone battery or charge malfunction ?
4) -Before the connection for the firmware there was a version different from 00.00.0000 ?

Thanks for your kindness.

Hi Diana. You are always very kind to answer. But could you, please, answer every point of my questions (3-4) ? I must have the certainty. Thank you.

1) - Because now the firmware version is 00.00.0000 ? It is correct?
2) - Before the connection for the firmware there was a version different from 00.00.0000 ?
3) - I can charge the batteries without problems ?
4) - It is possible to damage now drone battery or charge malfunction ?
5) - Possible solutions ?

I believe there is some sort of Language Translation problem.

The screen snap from DJI's Assistant shows it is connected to Mavic Pro.
(See orange rectangle top left side.)

Mavic-Pro_Not-Hub.jpg

Looks to me like something happened to OP's Mavic Pro, causing it to lock-up.
OP's Mavic Pro can no longer be update with new firmware, and will no longer do a factory reset.

Thanks for the reply. The Mavic pro was not connected. He was connected only HUB. Firmware update drone and console was executed correctly without problems. All good for the drone!

I never knew the battery charching hub was subject to firmware updates. Anyone?

All the hubs for all the drones have USB connections for FW updates to the hubs (not the batteries). That said, the last FW update on a hub that I'm aware of was in 2015 on the Inspire 1... I have no idea why the OP thought he needed to update FW on it.

Thanks for the reply. The Mavic pro was not connected. He was connected only HUB. Firmware update drone and console was executed correctly without problems. All good for the drone!
Now I would like to have answers to these questions:
1) - Because now the HUB firmware version is 00.00.0000 ? It is correct?

The Mavic pro was not connected. He was connected only HUB. Firmware update drone and console was executed correctly without problems. All good for the drone!

Then Assistant-2 was confused.  In screen snap shot Assistant-2 shows it being connected to Mavic Pro, not connected to HUB.
Which may explain why Hub firmware went from what ever revision it was before to 00.00.0000.

Did you unhook USB cable from Mavic Pro and connect USB cable to HUB - Without exiting Assistant-2?

Did  you unhook USB cable from Mavic Pro and connect USB cable to HUB -  Without going back to opening menu of Assistant-2 to select HUB?

Now I would like to have answers to these questions:
1) - Because now the HUB firmware version is 00.00.0000 ? It is correct?
When I try, Assistant-2 will not even connect to HUB.

2) - Before the connection for the firmware there was a version different from 00.00.0000 ?
Can not answer question because when I tried to look, Assistant-2 will not connect to HUB.

3) - I can charge the batteries with HUB without problems ?
I can not answer that quetion.

4) - It is possible to damage now drone battery or charge malfunction with HUB ?
Possibly, if Firmware on HUB really did get changed.  Only DJI support can answer that question.

5) - Possible solutions ?
Conntact DJI support.  Or buy a new HUB.

Thanks to your observation, I connected HUB to the power supply and charged a battery. Everything works well! When I had HUB connected with DJI Assistant2 it did not change anything. All perfect. Thanks for your patience. Your answer was a great help to me. Regards
