Long exposure? The cars have barely moved. I'm guessing 1/8th second exposure?
Still... Nice shot! I think I'd crop it, removing much of the bottom, making it much wider than it is tall.

It is a horizon pano not a 1080. I am not a fan of cropping

That's fine. We shoot and process how we like. It's still a panorama, even if you crop the bottom. I find selective cropping makes the subject stand out more. Your photo. You do what makes you happy! This is also a panorama, but the bottom was too busy, so I cropped it.

Great pano. My subject was night life in general.

Looks like HardRock near Tulsa?  
Hard to be sure and remember.  
When I was there sometime back, I saw most of Hotel/Casino from ground.
Usually after being helped back up...

Ha, ok. So almost exactly what I guessed. 0.2 seconds (1/5)  versus 0.125 seconds (1/8). Hardly any difference. And not really a "long" exposure. Still, a nice photo, I like it!
