I’m traveling to China in August with Swiss air with my Mavic Air. I’m landing in Beijing and I know Beijing is restricted for flying drones. I’ve also read a horrifying story of someone’s drone was take by customs at the Beijing airport. I know you must register the drone with China’s authorities, but you can’t register on forehand. Because you need a Chinese number to register. I would be devastated if customs would take my beloved drone. Are there any of you that traveled with a drone to Beijing?
