I'm having issues with the tilt axis.

I balanced the camera correctly and as described by DJI. I auto-calibrated and the tilt axis stiffness sets it at 12. I can push it to at most 22 before it starts to vibrate. The problem with this is that low stiffness makes the tilt moves looks bouncy and shaky. Attempting for a few seconds to set the stiffness to 40, the bounce goes away, but obviously after a few seconds it vibrates like crazy.

I tested this with two different cameras and it's the same thing. Can't pass 30 as recommeded by DJI because it start to vibrate.

Is the ronin-m tilt motor broken? does anyone know what's going on? Thanks.

Please try to restore the device to the default settings in More, then make sure the camera has been balanced well, adjust the stiffness of the three axis to 25-30 to see if the issue persists. If yes, any chance to post a short video here for further support? Thank you in advance.
