Hello all,

I have a DJI Mavic Pro Platnium and it will not fly due to "RC Signal Lost"

Symptoms:
- drone will not fly
- "RC Signal lost" displayed at the top of the screen
- yellow blinking light on back of drone
- remote displays "CONNECTING_"
- drone worked prior to upgrading to firmware V0.04.0200

I have searched the forum and google and I and still have not been able to find a solution.
I did a firmware upgrade to V0.04.0200 a few weeks ago and then put the drone away. When I pulled it out the other day it would not take off and there was an red error message on my iphone 8 saying "RC Signal Lost".

Since then I have:
- updated the firmware using DJI Assistant 2 on both the drone and the remote to V0.04.0300
- updated the app on my phone
- restored factory defaults
Still the same "RC Signal lost" message
I then:
- Downgraded back to V01.04.0100 on both the drone and remote
No luck.

Let me know if any of you have any ideas, thank you.

have you tried to  re-linking the remote control?

i see you have and the original mavic pro. try to connect the platinum with your original mavic pro controller

I'm a noob and not sure why I have both icons in my avatar for the pro and the pro platinum... but all I have is the platnium...  and this solved my problem, thank you so much.

Glad to know that you were able to fixed the problem, please keep us posted in any case you encounter any problem with your Mavic Pro Platinum
