Hi… so I have a Zenmuse X7, I have a CDNG/ProRes license AND I have installed the v01.02.0100 of the firmware (which the app tells me is THE MOST CURRENT), but I'm still not offered ProRes RAW as an option for video!

What gives?? What am I missing?? And why is your site so ultra horrible when it comes to infos on the subject??

Hi Andie, ProRes RAW is still not available, we will release this format this month if everything goes smoothly. Thanks for your patience.

Currently, there are two formats for X7 License: CineDNG and Apple ProRes.
Apple ProresRAW is another format we will release soon.

Which format are you exactly referring to? Do you have the same issue like the thread you posted here? May I have a screenshot of the format in your APP?

Ah… my bad. He was talking about just regular ProRes. I misread. Yes, that works here as well.

Well, very much looking forward to finally getting it! Kudos for the early (even if much delayed) support!
