after i balanced the phone facing down, i turn it up to face me it would not stay.  it would go back to facing down.  this is before i power up.  i thought i should be balanced and facing me even before turning on.    however, nothing happens after i power it up. does this mean i got a defective one?

never mind, i had to register the osmo 1st. all good now
