Hello. I'm the happy owner of a "new" but used Mavic Pro and I would like to know it's history if it's possible. When was it activated, is it still in warranty, was it in service etc. SN: 08QDE4K0120236

You can enter your SN here and get the build date, no place to see history IE:Repairs ( you can d/oald the .DAT files from the internal SD card using Assistant 2, not sure how much help they would be.

Thank you. Another thing: In the GO app it says battery was charged only 1 time. Does it mean it's new, or is there a way to reset the battery counter?

The Go4 App should be giving you an accurate charge count for each battery you use. So charged 1 time would be a new battery.

I used this for my MA - shows 22 Dec '17. Though some of the batteries in my FMC show Jan '18 in the app. I'm guessing they shipped it in the new year to Apple UK as a bundle before I bought it.

Could very well be, The manufacture date of the drone will always be different from the battery. Different manufacturing locations and times.

That figures. Some of the batteries show 12/2017 too. It works anyway so that's the main thing

Hi Zsolti, the warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, please check the warranty period according to your proof of purchase.
1 charge cycle indicates the battery is new.
Please let us know if you have any further concern.
