In March of this year, I bought the farming package that comes with the M100 and two cameras (RGB and BGNIR) to analyze the health of the plants.

Last weekend I was trying to use the equipment and the BGNIR camera was not connecting to the DJI GO APP and the camera's fan was not working. In addition, the following message appears on the DJI GO APP, despite this, I have complete control of the GIMBAL.

I have already done the uninstallation and installation of DJI GO APP and of my cellphone, the RGB camera works perfectly. I have also formeted the SD memory card. I alse turn on the X3
