Hi everybody!

I've a DJI Agras MG-1. I 'd upgraded sucessfuly and batery full charged.
At MG assistant i have a SN ERROR please contact DJI support.

I had activated with the correct Serial and the assistant show its everything all right,

I go out to fly and test, and when I connect the baterry the main light shows in solid blue.
Im in P-Mode flight mode, and set the M to start...but I couldnt.
If I do the compass calibration fisrt, i did the first revolution 360 over the vertical axis CCW and the the main light its solid green....then i turn up the drone and did the revolution and the light turns again in solid blue.

At the DJI app, shows correctly 17 sats, P-Mode, and all parameters are right.....

What could it be the problem i Cant start engines????

Alex, could you please provide us the screenshot of the error message here? Besides, please PM me the serial number of your drone, thank you.

These happen to me a couple of times with around 4 agras i can help you, maybe mindy can give you a new activation code and it will unlock your aircraft

HI!! Please Che your PM. I'd sent the SN as figure in the sticker of the Agras. Please check it!

Thanks, Unfortunately the Activation Code provided by R&D didnt work too.

AGRAS Mg-1 controller will not register on dji agras mg-1 controller assistant

Hi,
I have MG-1 with the same issue! The status LED is solid blue with "SN error" issue! Anybody figured out how to fix this?
