Has anybody seen the extra batteries shipped yet?

Thank you for contacting DJI online store.
We used to plan shipping phantom 3 with extra battery around Mid May. But many customers complain that it is too late, so we change to ship out single battery first and the second battery later. We will start shipping for the second battery around the end of May according to payment sequence.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your kindly understanding will be highly appreciated.

Im not sure why things are so spread out on their store, but I can't find the Phantom 3 batteries.  Can you provide the link?

ships 10-15 days after order...so first of June if you order now

I pre-ordered on 4/15 so I should expect my battery around what.. October?

I don't care if they get them in stock sale before ship the one I am owed, I just need another battery and would order from any vendor who's got one in.  This is crazy going out with one battery.

October is looking shaky?

I didn't order from DJI directly, but a vendor instead and I too am still waiting for my second battery. Taking a 30 minute ride to the park with one battery is crazy.

I did order direct from DJI as I figured that DJI would fill internal sales orders fast. Local, if you can call a shop 200 miles away, local, had units available for sale a couple of weeks before I received my order. I got a chance to fly their rental unit.

There appears to be no rhyme nor reason as to how or when DJI sends out the second battery.
Other posters that ordered the P3 with the second battery mid May have received their second battery while those that ordered in April or early May are still waiting. DJI promised sending batteries the end of May, but still waiting. My DJI order page still shows shipping as pending on my paid for second battery. Been that way for over a week.

I viewed a post that RC Depot had stock, called to verify and received a battery three days later.

I'm to the point that I don't trust anything that DJI promises as being true.

Sploodge and myself ordered the hard-shell back pack the other day with a promised ship date of 5-7 working days after payment confirmation. We'll see how that one works out.
