Received the P3P today and started the firmware update with the quad itself. When started up, it does its dance, makes the gimbal noise, starts with the D-D-D-D tone for one time, LED lights flash a bit, then start flashing constantly with the yellow lights on the backside. I power down the unit, put the SD card back in the computer, and it gives me this message.

So....is the firmware up to date or am I doing something wrong?

Yup, looks like you've got the current version.  

Mine is up-to-date and I wiped/formatted a card and copied the current firmware into the root.  Put it into the camera SD slot and powered on.  Here are the resultant files:

Thanks for your reply. I figured everything was good to go when the phantom connected seamlessly with the RC and iPad.
