I’ve been waiting for the Ronin S since I saw it at CES. I put in a preorder on day one using PayPal but didn’t realize it was an old address. I tried to talk to live chat to change my shipping address but that proved to be no help, unless PayPal could change the address.

I called up PayPal but they’re unable to change shipping on completed transactions. I don’t want to cancel my order as the Ronin S is out of stock and I’ve already waited 3 weeks for it.  What are my options now? I read elsewhere if I open a PayPal dispute maybe they can change my address. Should I do that?

Hey Kaeri, we're sorry that the address is not available to change due to Paypal's buyer protection policy. Is your previous shipping address still valid? If yes, you may check whether your neighbors or friends can help you collect the package. If not, I'm afraid that you may have to cancel this order and replace with the correct address again.
