Hey guys
Can someone please help me  I had a Mavic Air that said check IMU  I sent it back to them 3 times now and they have sent me 3 different ones back   I just got the 3rd this morning and guess what it say check IMU and it won’t let me leave the ground  I tryed to  calibrate IMU and still nothing I’m on the  firmware    I tryed DJI ast  in my first drone but it didn’t work  please help

You say you tried to calibrate, are you saying you were not successful?

I calibrated all three Mavic air  and they all said  calibrated  complete  and all drones did the same thing I hit the take off   Button  And  it sounds all the same  but it never leaves the ground than I get the  error check IMU

If you push the control sticks to the bottom inside corners do the motors spin up?  Once spinning add throttle should make it take off straight up.  If it wants to flip check that the props are in the right location.  (look at the white markings)

Have you checked IMU values in app, and have you giving time for IMU to warm up before trying to start.

Did you catch the reason? Three returns for what?  Props on the wrong motors.  This should be one of the first things the support guys should ask.  Second time this week I have come across this problem.

OMG - thats worrying! Three returns for that! That is one good thing about the Mavic Pro - you can't put black props on white motors as they won't lock into place whereas this safety feature is missing off the MA. I do suggest your read the manual as doing so would have saved you all of this!

Hummingbird.U nope they never asked me that they asked me to calib and that didn’t fix it so they told me to send it back

I asked them could it b the prop and they said no  if it doesn’t calib send it back .....  also they never told me to put the drone they eat it look on the cailb also so the first 2 never made it  out of step 2 of cailb so I look on line now to cailb and I moved it like they said and it Cailb finally   But still had the IMU thing but now everything is good thanks again
