Hi folks, this is first post so getting hang of it all. Have got a pv2+ and learning fast, have no problems with the drone itself its the videos that I have taken. I can sync the videos and pics to my phone and tablet fine no problem there its just the videos wont play! The pics are fine. Am I lacking some software or settings need tweaking? Thanks

What model Is the phone and tablet.
Apparently not all phones can playback MP4 files at 1080p.
I take it you can view the video fine on a PC ?

It's a galaxy s5 phone and Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. If I was to lower the resolution would that help?  Thanks
