Try refreshing the firmware and see if that helps.

Is the video from the cache on your mobile device or from the onboard SD card?
If it’s from the SD card what are it’s specifications? Have you tried another SD card?

Admittedly a YT upload isn’t always the best for analysing a problem but it does look as though frames are being dropped, possibly due to read/write speed issues.
