Dear DJI Moderators,

I contacted DJI Support about this Avatar issue 3 days ago and still its not working.

When you change the Avatar it gets stuck, the image is not uploaded and I cannot change it.

Also near the Upload Program please Write -

Compatible Formats - JPG / PNG etc.
File Size - *MB
Picture Dimensions - *Pixels

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can you please fix it ? I have getting Messages everything from New Users begging for this Issue to be Fixed.

Here is a Screen Shot where the Program Freezes and don't upload the Image.

I had the same problem. I had to try several PCs and several web browsers before I upload avatar successfully. Damned Flash!

I solved it, by using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

The Flash App doesn't work well on Mozilla Firefox 60.0.2.

Well I didn't have that problem but I have problem with uploading picture on a thread sometime it took just seconds but sometime it took for ever so I just upload it in the comment section after creating the thread.

Using the Internet Explorer for Windows will solve it Jack.
