Gimbal and camera problem

I haveing several issue that I'm sure relate to one thing
I had a crash with my Phatom 3 standard and I hand to replace the gimbal
I purcahsed a new gimbal with camera. I can see the image on my iphone and also my Amazon Fire tablet
But I can not do the following
  • Take photos or video. When I try to take a video the app does not indicate that it has changed to the video mode
  • I can not control the tilt of the gimbal
  • when I try to format the micro card the program times out


I'm sure is a solution

Hi. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Phantom 3 Standard after the crash. Let me help you with this issue. Since the Phantom 3 Standard crashed before. The best thing to do is to send the Phantom 3 Standard for repair. The Drone might have an internal issue that is why you are having these problems.
