I appreciated your help and you don't have to apologize for anything regarding this problem but the Osmo is already registered some time ago, If i'm correct that would be around a year ago or so. It's not the registration part it's the fact that i can't login to the app. It seems that i am connected but still i get the notification "check your internet connection when i try to login" as it shows on one of the screenshots i took. I think something is way off here but i need to figure out what that is. I'll try to connect at a acquaintance his network and start fresh. I deleted all the files which contained dji (at least i hope so) I don't know if there is still any clutter left but we will see. If there only was a way to completely erase the entire registration that already exist and start the process with a clean slate that would be a better solution that way if something goes wrong or whatever the reason might be people can't connect or login they at least can start from scratch by register all over again. I seriously don't know what this problem could be since the fact that it was working and it always has. The app update screwed something up (go figure) I take some time off and try to connect to a different network if this does not work also i am all out of options since i tried almost everything what i could and could find on the net about this problem.

Alright. You can try to connect your mobile device first to your home wi-fi to log in to your account. After that, you will connect the wi-fi of the Osmo to the mobile device. If this isn't working, please reinstall the app, restart your phone and do it again. Please let us know if this will work out. |
