I have a Mavic Pro Platinum and a Mavic Air and have downloaded DJI Assistant 2 to my PC. I plugged in the lead from Pro to the Computer and turned it on but it comes up with the message 'CANNOT LOAD FIRMWARE LIST. PLEASE RETRY' but tried it a few times and nothing seems to work. All the other Lists such as Data Upload / Flight Data / Blackbox etc also does not seem to do anything? Any ideas please?
