My first attempt at of a night hyperlapse

Great Hyperlapse, were you manually flying or using waypoints? If you don't mind me asking what was you forward speed and photo interval set at. This one is really smooth!

fab video...….. really well shot.

Thanks. I was using waypoints at around 2km/h and shooting at 2 seconds intervals with 1 second of exposure in jpeg. Took around 12mins for 10 secs of footage.

Finally imported the photos into premier pro and then used the warp stabiliser to make it look smooth.

Hi, how do you use waypoints on the Mavic Air? I tough DJI removed this feature from DJI Go for whatever reason

I think without an explicit permission its also not allowed in UK... So posting a video and not having a permission could be dangerous.

Litchi has waypoints implemented for the Air ;)

Thanks. It's just my local town in Lincolnshire UK. As it's summer here, it doesn't get dark until late evening by which time there is very little traffic. I'll re-shoot this in winter where hopefully there will be more cars about.

You need a permission from the flight authority to fly at night in UK. Its part of the UK drone regulations...

Only if you fly using a pfco. Recreationally you can fly at night as bizarre as it seems
