Hi there, Please follow the instructions on this video tutorial:

You have placed your thread in Phantom 4 Advanced, telling in OP that you have a Phantom 4, later specified it is a Phantom 4 Pro, it would be nice if you edit the OP to the right section, also if the above video does not help, please specify the controller model (GL300x).
