Wondering if this is Standarized entry in Ticket Response that every one gets?  

Please perform the following as well.

1. Firmware update/refresh
2. Uninstall and reinstall your DJI Go 4 application(make sure to save your videos and flight records)
3. Remote controller reset and calibration
4. Relink if disconnected AC and RC
5. Camera reset and format SD card
6. Image transmission settings from Auto to Custom
7. Calibration of Compass, Imu, and Gimbal

That reply is either the support doesn’t know what to do. Or the case did’n provide enough information for the problem. Also because too many pilots not reading manual.
