Our production company is considering buying a Ronin 2. We are located far north in Norway where weather-conditions can be fairly rough. If we buy this system then the versatility and toughness is key. One thing we can't find much information about is how well it endures rain. The only mentions about water that I found was that the motors were enclosed and splash-proof, but that the connectors weren't. Let's say that we at some point would use the Ronin 2 as a crane-head on a long crane during an outdoor concert, and that it would rain during the whole thing, would the Ronin 2 endure this (if the connectors were covered up)? Do anyone know anything about this or have any experiences with the Ronin 2 and rainfall?
