Hi, i recently sent in my P4P due to a crash, i forgot to write down this drone serial number as my insurance agency wants to know it in order to pay for the damage, would you be so kind to ask the repair team to provide me with this serial please.
This was a replacement unit under warranty so it doesn't match the serial on the box and I'm not sure if i got the correct serial from the last DJI care transfer.
